All orders are placed at the dock for a 2:00 p.m. ET pickup by UPS. A few items are shipped via Priority Mail, and these are also shipped same day per the 2:30 p.m. ET order cutoff. For any Stain Solver, book or DVD order that is shipped outside the continguous U.S., you could be charged additional fees, such as local taxes and brokerage fees. These are added by some carriers.
